We had a wonderful experience with server Madison! She was very attentive, thorough, professional, and pleasant. The food was very good. Hot, accurate, and delicious! It was a very busy Saturday night. But, we never felt like we weren't attended to. Madison is a rock star and true asset to the Joliet Illinois location!

This is the best red lobster I’ve ever been to. The food was fresh, the water was refilled constantly, and our server SHANNON was ABSOLUTELY PHENOMENAL! She was the best server I’ve had in years. You can tell she’s been doing this for a while. Red Lobster is so lucky to have her because she truly gives service of a high fine dining restaurant. She was fast, efficient, kind and helpful. You can tell she loves her job and is actually happy to be here. Thank you Shannon for your amazing service and my friend and I will be back because of her!!!!

Alix was a truly phenomenal waitress. Very attentive with a friendly personality. She had no problem addressing any needs necessary to have a good meal experience. I look forward to having her as our waitress again on our next visit. Thanks so much for your service, until next time!!

We love this location and have been going to red lobster more than we usually did in the best. The food and service is great. I believe Cierra was our waitress last time and she was super sweet. The drinks are yummy too.

Alix was our server! I can’t say enough about her awesome personality, her care for the table, and she made our evening so wonderful, filled with laughter and fun. She was very attentive to not rushing our food And letting us enjoy an amazing evening. We will be back and I hope she’s our server again. She’s definitely one that understands what serving others means. We had amazing food and the drinks were incredible.
